Non-Disclosure Agreement

Access to Protected Research Materials

The theoretical framework described on this website represents years of intellectual development and is protected by provisional patent application No. 63/914,253. Access to detailed research materials, technical specifications, and partnership documentation requires execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Why an NDA Is Required:

To protect the intellectual property underlying this research while enabling meaningful academic, clinical, and technical collaborations.

Materials Requiring NDA

The following materials are available only to parties who have executed an NDA:

  • Research Synopsis – Comprehensive theoretical overview including detailed methodology, VI/DDI/NAI calculation specifications, and validation requirements
  • Vulnerability Index (VI) Methodology – Technical specifications for philosophical coherence assessment, value stability measurement, life satisfaction trajectory analysis, and CAPS fluidity scoring
  • Digital Dignity Index (DDI) Technical Specifications – Detailed moral disengagement detection protocols, EMM tactic identification systems, and procedural burden quantification methods
  • Case Study Analysis – Theoretical analysis of institutional grinding campaigns with VI×DDI interaction modeling
  • Patent Application Details – Technical specifications beyond public summary, including algorithmic methods and system architecture
  • Partnership Proposal Templates – Detailed research collaboration frameworks with study designs, resource requirements, and outcome measurement protocols
  • EMM Taxonomy Documentation – Comprehensive institutional manipulation tactic classification and detection methodologies

What the NDA Covers

By executing the NDA, parties agree to:

  • Maintain Confidentiality – Protect all disclosed materials from unauthorized disclosure or publication
  • Limit Use – Use materials solely for evaluation of potential research collaboration, not for independent commercialization or competitive development
  • Restrict Access – Share materials only with individuals within your organization who have a legitimate need to evaluate partnership opportunities
  • Return Materials – Return or destroy all materials upon request or if partnership discussions do not proceed
  • Duration – Maintain confidentiality for five (5) years from date of disclosure

Who Should Sign an NDA

The NDA is appropriate for:

  • Academic Researchers – Faculty, postdoctoral researchers, or graduate students exploring potential collaboration on empirical validation studies
  • Clinical Practitioners – Therapists, clinical organizations, or advocacy groups considering piloting intervention protocols
  • Legal Professionals – Attorneys, policy advocates, or regulatory specialists evaluating applications to litigation or regulatory reform
  • Technical Specialists – NLP engineers, data scientists, or software developers assessing algorithm development opportunities
  • Institutional Representatives – Universities, research institutes, clinical organizations, or technology companies exploring formal partnership agreements
  • Media/Journalists – Credentialed journalists seeking detailed background for serious investigative reporting (subject to additional journalism-specific terms)

Note: The NDA is a standard mutual confidentiality agreement. We recognize that academic and clinical collaborators may have institutional policies regarding NDAs. We are prepared to work with your legal counsel to address reasonable modifications consistent with protecting patent rights while enabling research collaboration.

What the NDA Does NOT Cover

The following are NOT subject to confidentiality obligations:

  • Information already publicly available on this website
  • Information independently developed without reference to disclosed materials
  • Information lawfully obtained from third parties without confidentiality restrictions
  • Information required to be disclosed by law, regulation, or court order (with prior notice to enable protective measures)
